The Reacondi scale

A groups listings the seller calls Excelente, premium, like new or grade A. B groups Bueno, Muy bueno or grade B. C groups Aceptable, with details, regular or grade C. We keep the seller's own term beside the letter. The mapping comes from listing words, not a device inspection.

Mercado Libre's definitions

In its refurbished catalogue, Excelente allows subtle signs of use and requires a flawless screen. Bueno allows small signs of use and also requires a flawless screen. Aceptable allows visible marks and screen scratches. All three require more than 80% battery capacity. A refurbished listing must state a warranty of at least 90 days. These are Mercado Libre catalogue rules; check the actual listing for its condition and warranty.

Shop terms

Some shops call stock seminuevo or Open Box. We show their own term separately and do not turn it into a condition or warranty promise. When we have a note backed by a shop's own wording, it appears on that shop's page.

What we do not do

We do not assign grades from photos or physically inspect devices. A listing without a stated grade does not enter grade comparisons. A listing labelled only as used does not enter the refurbished catalogue.

Always check the listing description, battery and warranty before buying.
